Bryan-Bennett Library Board Finance Committee Workshop

April 16, 2019

6 p.m. at the Library

 Call to order and silent roll call of Trustees

The workshop was called to order at 6 pm. Those attending were Finance Committee Members Joyce Hahn, Tom Champion and Gayla Wilkerson. Also present was Library Board President Jane Gaston, Library Board Vice President Joyce Raver, and Library Director Kim Keller.

 Minutes February 19, 2019

The minutes of the February 19, 2019, Finance Committee Workshop were approved as presented on a motion by Finance Committee Member Champion with a second by Finance Committee Member Wilkerson. All present agreed.

 April 2019 bills

The April 2019 bills were examined. Questions were asked and answered. No action was taken.

 Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 6:28 pm.
