Call to order:  The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm.

Silent Roll Call of Trustees: Those attending were Library Board President Jane Gaston, Library Board Vice President Joyce Raver, Trustee Jane Mordecai, Committee member Tom Champion, and Committee Member Gayla Wilkerson. Also in attendance were Library Director Kim Keller and Library Assistant Director Kim Baldridge.  Absent were Committee Chairperson Joyce Hahn, Trustee Lynn Larimer, Trustee Jack McGuire and Trustee Ann Wilzbach. There were no visitors.

Minutes of the September 18, 2018 Finance Committee Meeting: The minutes of the September 18, 2018 Finance Committee Meeting were approved as presented on a motion by Committee Member Champion with a second by Board Vice President Raver. All agreed.

 October 2018 bills: The bills for October 2018 were examined. Questions were asked and answered. No action was taken.

Adjournment:  The meeting adjourned at 6:26 pm.
