Board Members’ Reports

Trustee Hahn has spoken with the lady that reported falling on one of the concrete parking place stops. The woman did seek doctor treatment and will probably present a bill to the library. Director Keller has already been in contact with the woman and with City Hall on the matter. The broken parking place stop was replaced the next day after the fall. Any bills that may be presented should go directly to City Hall.

President Gaston questioned if anyone had heard about bids being requested by the City for the replacement of the steps on the east side entrance.  Director Keller had not been told anything about bids being accepted by City Hall.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Trustee Champion. All agreed. The meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
