Finance Committee Workshop Minutes

August 20, 2019

 Call to order & Silent Roll Call of Trustees

The workshop was called to order at 6 pm. Those attending were Finance Committee members Gayla Wilkerson and Tom Champion. Also present were Library Board President Jane Gaston, Library Board Vice President Joyce Raver, Library Director Kim Keller and Library Assistant Director Kim Baldridge.

Minutes of the April 16, 2019 workshop

A motion to approve the minutes of the April 16, 2019, workshop was made by Finance Committee member Champion with a second by Finance Committee member Gayla Wilkerson.  All present agreed.

August 20, 2019 bills

The August 2019 bills were examined. Question were asked and answered. No action was taken.

Adjournment

The workshop adjourned at 6:25 pm.
