Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

September 18, 2018

Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 6 PM in the library’s board room.

Silent Roll Call of Trustees:  Those attending were Chairwoman Joyce Hahn, Committee member Tom Champion, President Jane Gaston, Vice President Joyce Raver, and Trustee Ann Wilzbach. Also in attendance were Library Director Kim Keller and Library Assistant Director Kim Baldridge. There were no visitors

Approval of minutes from July 23 financial workshop-A motion to approve the minutes from the July 23 financial workshop as presented was made by  Committee member Champion with a second by Committee chairwoman Joyce Hahn. All present agreed.

Reviews of bills for September 2018-The bills were reviewed by all present. Questions were asked and answered.

Review of Financial Report for September 2918-Financial Report for September 2018 was not reviewed.

Director’s Report-Due to time constraints this was not given in this meeting.

Board Members’ Reports-President Gaston requested that next month’s meeting be a workshop not a committee meeting as the purpose is to preview bills not approve them.  Therefore next month’s agenda will only need to include 1) Review of bills 2) Approval of minutes.

Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM.
